Rules

Everyone signs the waiver!

Primitive camping is available. Restrooms and showers are also available.

The VTRA facility will be open the 3rd weekend of every month from March thru October (Check the “Events” page for any changes). To help with rider signup and collection of fees, we are looking for some MTRA members that would  like to be weekend “Gate Keepers” for the 8 “Ride Weekends”. “Gate Keepers” will not have to pay the entry fee. If you are interested in helping, complete the form below with your name and contact information and a board member will reach out to you. Gate Keepers will have VTRA trail maps and MTRA applications. Working Gate Keepers will also have access to electricity at the VTRA storage container and shelter.

NOTE!

Riding at VTRA at other times is strictly prohibited! The Iron Country Sheriffs Department has added the VTRA area to its normal patrol sites. Trespassers shall be prosecuted!

As we have spent considerable time and money planting grass seed in the parking lot, please NO PIT RIDING/RACING in the parking area. Kids and younger riders should take advantage of  the easy “grass tracks” that have been constructed near the parking  area.
